报告人简介:

陈娜博士是美国辛辛那提大学设计、建筑、美术及规划学院(College of Design Architecture Art and Planning, University of Cincinnati, USA) 助理教授(Assistant Professor),她于2008年获得中山大学公共政策学士学位,2011年获得美国奥本大学(Auburn University, USA) 社区规划和公共管理双硕士学位,并于2016年获得美国俄亥俄州立大学(The Ohio State University, USA) 城市与区域规划博士学位,之后在美国加州大学圣克鲁斯分校(University of California, Santa Cruz, USA) 从事博士后研究工作。陈娜博士的研究方向包括交通需求预测、出行行为分析、可达性、活动空间、交通公平与政策、交通与土地利用规划、共享交通、空间分析和地理信息系统(GIS)在城市规划中的应用等,研究成果多发表在同行评议期刊和重要国际会议上。她的教学兴趣包括交通规划与政策、出行需求建模与网络分析、政策评估、地理信息系统、定量与统计方法以及空间计量经济学。

Professional Summary:

Dr. Na Chen is an assistant professor in School of Planning, College of DAAP, at University of Cincinnati. She received her B.A degree in Public Policy from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2008, the M.A. degrees in Community Planning and Public Administration from Auburn University, AL, in 2011, and Ph.D. degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, OH, in 2016. After she received her Ph.D. degree, she worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar in Department of Technology Management at University of California, Santa Cruz, CA. Her research interests include travel demand forecasting, travel behavior analysis, accessibility, activity space, transportation equity and policy, transportation and land-use planning, shared mobility, spatial data analysis and Geographic Information System (GIS) applications for urban planning. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented relevant studies and researches in international conferences.

Dr. Chen’s teaching interests cover transportation planning and policy, travel demand modeling and network analysis, policy evaluation, GIS, quantitative and statistical methods for planning and spatial econometrics.
